Getting married in Cuba

With the cost of weddings so high these days and then with the honeymoon still to pay for, a lot of people are know taking up he chance to get married and honeymoon at the same time and he Caribbean is popular.

Cuban weddings
Weddings in the Caribbean are continuing to be popular and Cuba, with its excellent beaches and all-inclusive resorts for tourists, is popular. There are several travel companies who now offer packages and if you are in the UK for example, Virgin Holidays and Kuoni are two companies I have found who can help.
The great thing about organised weddings in Cuba is that pretty much everything is taken care of and if I ever got married again (I plan not to as am very happily married) then I would do one of these weddings abroad and invite friends to join the holiday if they were able and wanted to. You save thousands, will really have a wedding to remember and can take your friends along.
The weddings tend to include most things including the:
- Wedding/marriage certificates
- Reception on the beach
- Marriage official
- Drinks and food for guests
- Photography (can sometimes be extra depending on your needs).
If you are planning a wedding it is well worth considering this option of a marriage abroad. At least you should get nice weather on your wedding day. I am sat here in England and its August and it feels like winter weather!

Your website has beautiful pictures and helpful info. Just a bit of advice… In your dining recommendations ropa vieja was suggested, and delicious! The only problem is tortillas are not served with them. Tortillas are not tied to any Cuban cuisine and is not a common vegetable grown in Cuba. There are a lot of words that are mispelled and not used correctly. For instance instead of saying now you wrote know. You have a beautiful website and it comes up rather quickly in my search engine. I just feel it would be a more successful accomplishment for you and a huge help to others if it were proof read and researched. Not trying to be condesending, I’m not at all perfect. I just really like your website & think alittle revamping will take you very far with it. Good luck to you and keep bringing beautiful pictures and suggestions.
Sincerely,
A Cuban woman in the US missing home
